Merit People usually give candidates verbal confirmation of an offer from the employer. Sometimes however, you may find that you’re dealing directly with the employer. Either way, you will always have us on hand to assist you throughout the process up to and beyond your start date in your new role.

If we agree to progress, then Merit People will recommend your application to the employer who will then liaise with us to arrange any interviews with them.
